description

The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) have awarded a contract for the provision of services to deliver an independent research and scoping report for Department for Education (DfE) focused on redundancy-to-work programmes. The project will identify programmes supporting people who are at risk of redundancy, undergoing redundancy, or who have recently been made redundant to move into employment in other sectors and, scope out whether the Talent to Teach model could be transferred to organisations where risk or redundancy/unemployment meant that highly skilled technical/vocational staff could be seeking alternative employment and benefit from a short placement/experience model in Further Education.
