Dear Sirs,

You are invited to tender for the above titled project. The primary aim of the project is to undertake refurbishment and alterations to part of the existing C floor area which was previously used a storage space. Minor layout alterations will be made so as to remodel the area into a laboratory for a Dilution fridge along with associated work areas. The alterations will involve fit out, forming of a new opening for a new leaf and a half doorset and associated mechanical and electrical works. Please refer to the tender documents for full informaiton.

The works include, but are not limited to; minor demolition, construction of new walls, internal glazing, specialist mechanical and electrical installations for extraction and ventilation, new floor coverings, reconfiguration of power / data and decorative works throughout. Please note the previous list is not exhaustive.
