CUR Trainer

Provide a managed service which will develop and deliver a training package to support the roll out of the CUR across the following NHS Trusts:

Birmingham Community Health Care NHS Trust Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust Royal Orthopaedic NHS Trust

Provision of a resource that has significant experience of delivering training to clinical users within the NHS.

To develop robust training materials to support end users adoption of the software and business change (in conjunction with the BCF team).

To work proactively with the clinical users at each Trusts to ensure that business change components are understood within each clinical area.

Identify issues / concerns with regards to user adoption to the BCF team in a timely fashion.

Participate in Project Team meetings across the three implementation sites.

Provide 8.5 training days per week (cutting across the three locations). To be delivered on a flexible basis.

Develop approach and strategy to hand over training materials to the end users Business as Usual processes.
