INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE PROVISION OF CHLAMYDIA AND GONORRHEA SCREENING SERVICES (STAR Ref UID13059; The Chest Ref 736014)

This tender is being conducted under the Competitive Process Route of the NHS Provider Selection Regime (PSR) This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.

This is a joint tender between Trafford, Stockport and Tameside Councils with Trafford Council as the Lead Council.

Approximate joint annual spend: £122,236 Breakdown of joint annual spend: Trafford: £40,000 Stockport: £37,434 Tameside: £44,802

Contract commencement date: 1st April 2025

Contract duration: 3 years with the option to extend for up to 24months subject to the sole discretion of the councils.
