Light Kitchen Equipment 2022

The Authority require a supplier to supply light kitchen equipment to sites under the management of North Tyneside Council. A full list of the equipment required is located in the product pricing schedule included in the tender documents. 60 sites are currently managed by North Tyneside Catering Services (a full list of sites and access restriction delivery times provided in the tender documentation, however delivery site locations may change throughout the duration of the contract) These sites are predominantly schools located within North Tyneside however, three are located in the Hartlepool area and another four in the South East Northumberland area. School kitchens are open for deliveries from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

Additional other sites include those such as: Childcare centres, accommodation sites commercial and leisure facilities

Additional information:

The initial contract is for thirty-six months with an option to extend for up to a further twelve-month period after which renewals will be undertaken in accordance with the Authority's contract Standing Orders.
