description
Please note that contrary to the mandatory field below in relation to EOI's this is a TENDER and not an Expression of Interest. Please note that the deadline for TENDER SUBMISSIONS is Monday 23 March at 12 Noon. Therefore, please upload the tender documents and adhere to the tender timescales. VisitBritain (VB) is required to assess the impact of our marketing activity in terms of return on investment i.e. the number of visitor nights and amount of additional spending generated by overseas visitors. This is administered through online surveys that are sent out to consumer contacts. It is therefore necessary to commission a centrally managed ‘field and tab’ project for the evaluation of our marketing activity. The purpose of this tender is to obtain an agency that will be able to provide the following service: a)a “fully managed service” mode – questionnaires (including translations) and brief provided by VisitBritain. Service provider manages creation and delivery of survey including scripting, testing, distribution, hosting and data deliveryb)a “self-service” mode – VisitBritain staff create and administer surveys. Service provider hosts survey and data. It is anticipated that between 80 and 100 surveys will need to be processed over the course of a year through the two methods outlined above. While this tender is primarily aimed at mode a), option b) will also be a key factor in deciding the successful bidder. Please see attached brief for full Tender requirements.
