Durham Recovery College is being developed as a two year pilot project by Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust, with input and support from partner agencies and individuals with lived experience of mental health issues. The Trust has a requirement for the training of college students in the following areas each being a separate course. • Stress Management • Dealing with other people • Managing Money • Dealing with the benefits system • Making use of community resources • Living Healthier.
