The NHS London Procurement Partnership is seeking a framework contract for the provision of an annual total of approximately 2000 bags of standard neonatal parenteral nutrition formulas to NHS Trusts within London. Within the framework, the suppliers would be required to provide parenteral nutrition bags based on the Scamp or NEON formulas with the addition of trace elements. There is also a requirement for the provision of lipid emulsion and vitamin bags as part of this framework.

Any contractor would be required to hold a MHRA Specials Manufacturing licence for the provision of aseptic products and that any work undertaken meets the requirements of the General Pharmaceutical Council and the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Further details are set out in the Invitation to Tender documents.
