Expression of Interest - Support of Science and Technology Conference

The National Nuclear Laboratory (NNL) holds an annual conference - SciTec - for a range of stakeholders and customers. Last year saw a step change in how the conference was delivered and it became a showcase for NNL as an essential part the UK nuclear industry. The 2018 conference aims to build on the success of last year with a theme of Innovation Through Collaboration.

This year's conference is being held on May 15th at the Liverpool Conference Centre and will host around 300 people.

We are looking for companies who can design, produce, build and execute a full conference set who may be interested in this opportunity. This will include production and build of 4 experiential 'zones', each with a theme and unique features, along with a main plenary area with seating for 300 people, along with the provision and management of associated AV for speeches and presentations.

Additional requirements may also include development of a conference website and app and potentially delegate management.

[It is intended that appointments will be made by 1st February, leaving 14 weeks to deliver the project]
