Community Musculoskeletal Service Market Testing

The CCG is seeking to commission community based, multi-disciplinary services which are able to provide high quality assessment, treatment, advice and education based on clinical need.

In order to ensure the best solution is found, the CCG is offering interested parties the opportunity to review the attached draft service specification and memorandum of information, and complete the attached soft market testing questionnaire. Interested providers are also invited to attend a provider information event on the evening of 23rd March 2015. The event will take place at a Central London Location close to Regent’s Park and Baker Street Underground Stations, interested parties will be sent further details upon registering their interest.

NHS Central London CCG anticipates publishing a Contract Notice to commence procurement during March 2015. A single stage procurement process akin to the Open Procedure will be adopted. It is anticipated that a contract with NHS Central London CCG will be awarded for 3 years and 6 months, with the option to extend for a further 2 years at the Commissioner’s discretion. The expected service commencement date for NHS Central London CCG is 1st October 2015.

The total value of the contract over 3 years and 6 months is estimated at circa £7,000,000.

The submission of an expression of interest is not a prerequisite to any subsequent procurement application.
