GB-Stoke: Joint Employment Land Review

The project is to complete an Employment Land Review for Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme. The document will be a vital piece of the evidence base to underpin a new Joint Local Plan between the two authorities. The completed study must becompleted in accordance with national guidance and be fully compliant with the NPPF and PPG. The completed study will be expected to be able to stand up to close scrutiny and examination through both the Local Plan process and in Development Management appeals.
