GB-Liverpool: Virtual Reality Suite for Materials Innovation Factory

The Materials Innovation Factory (MIF) is a £68m development within the University of Liverpool Campus. Located in the heart of the Knowledge Quarter it will, on completion, be a world leading centre for Computer Aided Materials Science (CAMS) and house world leading academics working alongside industrial partners.

We are looking to purchase a Virtual Reality (VR) suite to visualise experimental results and 3D structures in a collaborative environment.

This tender is made up of 4 lots;

1. 3D projector and lens, and projection workstation
2. Rear projection screen
3. Optical tracking system
4. Visualisation Workstation with HTC VIVE Business Edition System

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.Please note the return date for the Tender is 21/12/2017 at 12 noon.
