Sheffield City Council (SCC) is conducting this preliminary market consultation to understand the supply market's ability to deliver the Civil Parking Enforcement Back Office Systems. The responses received will help us shape our requirements and determine the strategy we will take to achieve our desired outcome. This preliminary market consultation therefore does not constitute a formal tender and will not result in the letting of a contract. This process is solely to test the market to gather information and ascertain the level of interest in this service.
