Building Surveying (Project) Estates and Facilities Management Consultancy Framework 2018 - 2022

This building surveying consultancy service framework 1733/MR Building Surveying involves the provision of surveys, design, management and administration of construction activities, for Client new build projects, major and minor refurbishment projects.

The framework will in addition deliver stand-alone individual appointments for building surveying activities as defined in the RICS Building Surveyor Services document issued May 2008.

Project work stages will be defined by the Client in the work instruction, but are likely to follow the RIBA Plan of Work 2013.

All ITT documentation is for Stage 1 reference but maybe subject to minor amendment through the tender process.

Please do not complete or submit the tender ITT documents at stage 1 any such submissions will not be valid and will not be evaluated at any stage of the tender process.
