'Staffordshire County Council recognises the need to achieve its share of national renewable energy targets and is looking to work with partners to deliver solar photovoltaic electricity on its built estate and land holding. To this end the Council is seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver the installation of solar photovoltaic panels on a number of our County Farms.'
