Southampton City Council would like to procure expertise to deliver an options appraisal for a new one-off project called ‘Southampton Edge of Care Service’. The substantive bid is to develop a project/service to reduce the number of children & young people entering into the Care system and the number who need long term care. The project will ultimately be delivered through a new financial and funding model based on Social Impact Bonds. This email is a formal invitation to bid for this project.
