description

ACE 541 ITT: Research into Early Years Cultural Provision in the Midlands. Arts Council England is seeking a contractor to undertake research which will include scoping and reporting on the current provision, resources and routes available for engaging Early Years children in culture and creativity. Based on the analysis of the evidence, along with feedback gathered through consultation with the sector and with families in Priority Places, the contractor will produce a final report of key findings and recommendations. The strategic objective of this research project is to support progress towards Arts Council England's Creative People outcome in the Midlands. Specifically, it will inform our plans to engage more children aged 0-5 years in culture and creativity as part of their everyday lives, with a particular focus on our designated Priority Places in the Midlands.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
