Repairs and Maintenance Sub-Contractor Framework

Northampton Partnership Homes (NPH) was established on 5th January 2015 and is an arms-length management organisation (ALMO) that is responsible for the management of council housing services. One of NPH's responsibilities is the provision of a repairs and maintenance (R&M) service to council housing stock across Northampton Borough which extends to approximately 12,000 properties. NPH delivers the R&M service using an in house workforce, but needs a framework of sub-contractors to provide additional capacity and particular specialisms where work cannot be delivered by the in house team. It is envisaged that the amount of work which can be delivered in house will increase over time, but that the services of external contractors will still be required throughout the contract period.
