RBH currently operates a fleet of 6 heavy goods vehicles.
This purpose of this tender exercise is to secure a contract with a fleet provider to replace our current vehicles on a 48-month contract hire agreement.
The current fleet enables RBH to provide the following services:
| • | A responsive (Day to Day) highways repair service. |
| • | Caretaking: this team ensures our neighbourhoods are clean, presentable and safe. They handle litter and dumped items. This includes a hit squad dealing with large areas of waste land, fly tipping and garden clearances. |
| • | Grounds Maintenance. This involves maintaining all green areas of RBH responsibility, including grassed areas, borders, shrubs and trees |
All the above generally operate in the borough of Rochdale however, these vehicles may travel outside the borough.
