Leicestershire County Councils Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) Team is seeking to appoint suitably experienced organisations to a framework for Paid Persons Representatives.
Once Deprivation of Liberty has been granted for an individual the DoLS team are required to commission the Paid Persons Representative role from an organisation independent of the care planning process.
The resulting framework will provide the DoLS Team with a list of approved suppliers which they can select from based on the specific needs of each individual service user.
Applications are welcomed from organisations that are able to provide a Paid Persons Representative service within Leicestershire and the surrounding areas.
