Salford City Council, acting on behalf of Key Cities and Core Cities require suitably qualified and experienced research consultants to assist in the creation and development of an evidence-based research report which analyses the current social and economic impacts of the COVID crisis on our urban centres and collect the required data to forecast the future projections of our urban centres post-COVID.
