NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England are seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver primary care medical services under a caretaking arrangement for 1 year (12 months) commencing on 1st April 2016, at The Shehadeh Medical Centre, Quebec Road, Tilbury, Essex, RM18 7RB and The Shehadeh Medical Centre, Odd Fellows Hall, Dell Road, Grays, Essex, RM17 5JY. The aim of the service is to ensure a safe, timely and effective GP service that meets the needs of local people. The service must offer value for money. It is the intention of NHS England to enter into 1 APMS contract for this service.
The offer documentation will be available from Monday 18th January 2016 and should be completed and submitted by the closing date of 12.00 on Friday 29th January 2016.
