Northamptonshire County Council Community Living Services 2016-2020

Northamptonshire County Council "the Authority" wishes to invite the Indicative Tenders for the supply of Services in respect of Community Living Services. The successful Potential Providers(s) will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Contract Manager identified by the Authority. The DPS is divided into three lots: These will be: Lot A: Supported Living Services Lot B: Day Services Lot C: Community Connecting (Short Term enablement) Northamptonshire County Council (NCC) wishes to work with Service Users and Providers to create and arrangement for Providers to create an arrangement for providers of Community Living Services countrywide. This Indicative Tender is for the provision of services designed to help customers with a disability retain their independence in their local community, who are aged 18 years or over, living in Northamptonshire. This may include people who have additional support needs arising from multiple disabilities such as, sensory impairment, complex health needs, enduring mental health needs and Autism Spectrum.
