description
To fulfil its obligations under The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013 (RIDDOR), the Council is required to have effective arrangements in place to deal with accident and incident reporting and investigation.
There is a forthcoming requirement for the Council to have an Accident & Incident Management System (AIMS) that operates independently of Council ICT systems, it being hosted by an external party.
Additional information: Bidders are invited to quote for the provision of the Service for a term of three years from the ?Go Live? date with an option for the Council to extend for up to an aggregate of three years?. The contract is anticipated to commence on 25 February 2016 to permit any required development, with an operational ?go live? date of 18 July 2016.
