description
Walsall Council is looking for an experienced Service Provider with a previous successful track record of delivering move on resettlement support, to support current and former adult rough sleepers in Walsall to break and prevent the cycle of rough sleeping and sustain independent living in their own tenanted home.
The Service Provider shall employ a ‘Resettlement Officer’ to work a minimum of thirty-seven (37) hours per week to deliver Support. Support will be delivered in a flexible way to meet the needs of individuals.
