The delivery of Independent Advocacy Services to adults (aged 18+) plus young people in transition (preparing for adulthood), resident in Leicester City who are vulnerable, disabled or have complex needs and who receive, are being assessed for, or are entitled to receive services from the Council’s Adult Social Care Division. This service will also provide, group advocacy to support the partnership board to people who have a learning disability (LD) to enable them be involved in decisions about their care and support, speak up for themselves, secure their rights, get the support they need and to give their views and share their experiences of services and influence local decision making.

The procurement for this service is undertaken in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74 Type of services – Health and social services.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
