NNUH is seeking an external debt recovery partner that will work with the Trust and its financial and accounting partner NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS) to recover outstanding debts while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations and maintaining customer relationships.

Scope of Services

Debt recovery: Recover outstanding debts from individuals or businesses in line with UK laws and regulations.
Client communication: Professional handling of debtor communication via phone, email, mail, and other channels.
Performance management: Regular updates on the status of debt recovery efforts.
Regular reporting: Provision of detailed reports on collection activities, success rates, and outstanding balances
