description

North East & Yorkshire Leadership Academy (NEYLA) would like to procure a service to design and deliver population health management training and system leadership development, to place-based teams of senior leaders in healthcare sector.

The Healthcare Leaders need to be able to make good strategic and operational decisions that will deliver the best outcomes for their local populations, not just for their own organisation or unit.

These decisions should be based on competent understanding and application of the population health data available, but also a system-awareness of dynamics that might affect intended outcomes and a sensitivity to how culture and mind set play a role in delivery of health and care interventions
