' We require an implementation partner with experience in delivering a mature managed Intranet service. It is intended that through a number of releases we will deliver and subsequently develop a platform to allow UEL stakeholders to manage content, integrate processes and assist internal change management and communication. The services we require will include the business change resources necessary for these capabilities to be adopted across the organisation and the project is regarded as a business transformation initiative just as much as a technology project. Specialist skills that are required will be SharePoint implementation and development, process and business change management, business analysis/requirements gathering, testing, implementation planning and delivery amongst others such as training, communication, benefits realisation etc.'
