Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) Caretaker Contract for Kirkley Mill and Westwood Surgeries, Lowestoft, Suffolk

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands CSU (NHS Arden & GEMCSU) on behalf of NHS England West & North Midlands (referred to as the Commissioner) are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to bid via an open tender process the provision for Primary Medical GP Services for the following two Surgeries:

• LOT 1: - Kirkley Mill Surgery located at Clifton Road, Lowestoft, Suffolk.

• LOT 2: - Westwood Surgery located at 45-47 Westwood Avenue, Lowestoft, Suffolk.

These two new contracts are required under ‘Caretaker’ arrangement through an APMS contract for a year and are scheduled to commence from the 1st April 2016.

Bidders can bid for one or both of the above Lots within this procurement tendering opportunity.

The key objective of this procurement is to commission an able provider/s through the most current NHS England Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) contract. These services must be provided by GPs and nurses and the Provider/s will be expected to:

• You can now access any attachments by clicking ‘Buyer Attachments' in the ‘ITT Details' box 3. Responding to the tender
• Click ‘My Response' under ‘ITT Details', you can choose to ‘Create Response' or to ‘Decline to Respond' (please give a reason if declining) — You can now use the ‘Messages' function to communicate with the buyer and seek any clarification
• Note the deadline for completion, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the ITT
