Wokingham Borough Council is inviting tenders for the provision of an IT System to allow NHS Health checks to be completed within the Wokingham Borough; providers will also be required to operate a support function for users operating the IT system.
The main user groups are expected to be GP’s and Pharmacists within the Wokingham Borough, this may also branch out to local community groups, leisure providers and other venues/groups decided by the authority.
