description
North West London CCGs (comprising Brent, Central London, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon and West London CCGs ('the CCGs')) are continuing with a pilot to review, test and re-specify their requirements for future integrated Urgent Care Services during 2018 and into 2019. The intended core elements of this service are: NHS 111, Clinical Assessment Service 24/7 and Out of Hours face-to-face services. The CCGs have an intention to launch a procurement process in March/April 2019 to enable a newly contracted service to commence by April 2020.
A market engagement event was advertised to interested providers and held in July 2018. A further market engagement event is now planned to take place on Monday 10th December 2018. Notice is hereby indicated to alert interested providers to this opportunity to be further informed about progress to prepare for a future procurement of these services.
AGENDA: This event on 10th December 2018 will provide further update of the future Integrated Urgent Care service for North West London CCGs and will provide opportunity for interested providers to network and engage with each other and with CCG commissioning and clinical leads. The agenda in intended: to share an update on the current pilot service and associated data; outline the CCGs' clinical vision for the new service and clinical roles; consider workforce implications; outline the anticipated commercial arrangements for the future service; and confirm likely procurement approach and timelines. There will also be an open Q&A session.
This market engagement event is not a pre-requisite to participate in any future procurement process, but is considered to be a helpful source of intelligence to interested providers.
REGISTER: To confirm your interest and reserve places to attend at 2.30pm on Monday 10th December 2018, please email details of your attendees (maximum of 3 individuals per organisation) - name, position, contact email address, contact phone number, no later than 6th December 2018 to susan.shaw25@nhs.net.
