National Framework Agreement for Health and Social Care Transport - Wave 5

NHS Shared Business Services Limited (NHS SBS) in partnership with Specialist Commissioning Support Service 365 Response are seeking to add Providers to the Framework Agreement for Health and Social Care Transport, for use by or on behalf of UK public sector bodies including without limitation, (I) any National Health Service (NHS) Trust, (II) other persons and bodies exercising NHS functions or otherwise providing NHS services (including, but not limited to clinical commissioning groups, commissioning support units, NHS England and foundation trusts) (being other NHS entities), (III) other UK public sector bodies providing non-health services, (IV) private sector entitles in the UK and Isle of Man public services sector. For Providers who failed to meet the application criteria the first time of applying or for any new entrants to the market during the life of the Framework Agreement, the application process will be reopened at a minimum of 6 monthly intervals and advertised accordingly. This current procurement is the fourth such 'reopening'. Please note that applications will be processed as they are received.

Additional information: The overarching agreement is for 60 Months and will end in April 2019 with options to extend by 2 years. This current procurement is the fourth such "reopening". This opportunity is also advertised on OJEU.
