The contract is to commission investigatory work and the generation of a report which set out the current ticketing position, future plans of the operators, barriers which prevent better integrated ticketing and on-line ticket purchasing, in order to enable an action plan to be generated, to establish better integrated ticketing and advanced payment options throughout Greater Cambridge.
