Please note YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DELIVER THE FIRST PART OF THE CONTRACT PRIOR TO MARCH 2015
This contract is for the supply and fit of garages, specifically theerection, refurbishment andrepair of garages held within the North Lincolnshire Homes housing stock.
The whole works involve the following:
The supply and erection of 20 number new sectional concrete battery garages on four sites located in the county of North Lincolnshire.
Demolition of existing garages
Re-roofing (in profile sheet steel) to existing brick garages
Supply and fit new garage doors to existing garage stock
Brickwork repairs to existing garage stock
Fascia and guttering replacement to existing stock
The contract is for 15 months commencing in January 2015 and running till the end of March 2016
The total spend is anticipated to be in the region of 200,000
Initially, (up to the end of March 2015), we require the rebuild of the 20 new garages and also some re-roofing works to other garages. Following on from April 2015 to end March 2016 we will require the contractor to carry out repair works to existing garage stock including garage demolitions where required.
