Leicester City Council is looking for an organisation to carry out a robust evaluation of the Community Wellness Service (CWS). The CWS has been operating in its current form for a year. The service is currently commissioned from the local NHS Trust but in April 2015 will be transferred into the City Council. An evaluation is needed to inform the future development of the service.
The results are needed by 9th of March 2015.
