Devon County Council invites you to tender for the provision of passengertransport.From 2 April 2012 Devon County Council (DCC) manages its passenger transportprocurement through a method called a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS).DCC has worked with a large number of operators for many years; we want this tocontinue and this system allows for this to continue. It acts as a gateway foryou to become an approved supplier/contractor and you will then receiveindividual requests for quotations.DCC manages passenger transport provision for its own needs as well as those ofother public bodies in the County. The potential contracts you can submit aquotation for one you have become an approved supplier includes:- School and College Transport- Transport for Child social care- Transport for Adult clients needs- Transport for Health and other associated services- Public TransportPlease ensure that you express an interest in this opportunity and download andcomplete all of the mandatory questions before submitting the completedquestionnaire.For those contractors that have previously completed and failed to gain entryyou will still need to express an interest in this opportunity, and you can ifyou wish use your previous submission ensuring this time that all questions arecompleted prior submitting through this portal.Similarly for any contractors who have been previously successful you can amendand update your submission at any timeAfter the closing date there is a mandatory stand still period of 10 days priorto successfulcontractorsbeing accepted on to the approved lists.
