TfL is conducting an early market engagement, which may result in a call for competition for framework contracts which will be awarded by the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation (CPN). Under Directive 2014/25/EU (utilities) on the award of Public Sector contracts, as implemented in the UK by the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016. In the event of acceptable submissions, the award of multiple framework agreements to one or more suppliers may occur. For the appointment of Pan TfL Hazardous Material, Licenced Asbestos Removal Contractors and Hazardous Materials related Scientific Services Contractors. This notice allows would be participants to register to attend an Early Market Engagement Presentation, on Friday March 3rd, 2023. From 10:00 - 12:00 at 14 Pier Walk, London SE10 0ES. The aim of this presentation is to allow those economic operators that want to participate in the tender process to gain an insight into the needs and current demand profile of TfL with respect to Hazardous Materials, together with details of the ITT implementation and award programme.
Suppliers are invited to register for the possible upcoming pre-qualification stage Standard Selection Questionnaire (SSQ) of the tender. To enable the supplier to participate in the tender, the supplier must self-register in SAP Ariba using the following link: https://s1-eu.ariba.com/Sourcing/Main/ad/selfRegistration?realm=TfL. Once you have received confirmation of your registration being successful, please email Mark White - (mark.white1@tube.tfl.gov.uk). Helen Stafford - (helenstafford@tfl.gov.uk) and Roger Walters - (rogerwalters@tfl.gov.uk) to ensure your Company will be added to the project via SAP Ariba.
