Supplier Engagement
The City of London Corporation are conducting a full review of our current and future provision for Early Intervention and Ongoing Support Services for Adults.
We hope that by engaging with stakeholders we can shape our services to improve our offer to intervene early and support people to improve individual choice, resilience and wellbeing, in particular:
- Independence, involvement and choice - People of all ages can live independently, be active in their communities and exercise choice over their services
- Health and wellbeing - People of all ages enjoy good health and wellbeing
- Community - People of all ages feel part of, engaged with and able to shape their community
As part of this engagement process we are asking providers of early intervention services to complete the attached questionnaire and return to us to help shape future provision. We believe that participation by, and input from, external suppliers into this review is key to the future design and success of delivering early intervention support to our service users.

- Reablement
