UXPLORE - Marketing - AWARD

Coventry University Services Ltd is tendering to establish marketing support for an ERDF funded project named uxplore. The appointed bidder will be expected to work with the innovation team within CUS ltd to provide proactive strategic and tactical marketing services to match the uxplore marketing aims.

The appointed bidder will support uxplore project activities and enhance engagement across various stakeholder audiences. This will require the development of integrated multi-channel campaign plans. This is critical to maintain and enhance the University's position and to progress the University and its subsidiaries.

Bidders must have a strong understanding of Business sector research, business partnerships, grant funded projects, technical marketing promotion and business enterprise and innovation.

It is a requirement that the agency is experienced in UK and has a proven expertise of marketing planning and execution across a wide range of channels. A significant proportion of the marketing expenditure is via digital channels, so it is expected that the agency will possess specific expertise in digital and new media channels and an innovative approach. The appointed agency will be expected to contribute a value-added service, by providing sector knowledge and, as a result of having detailed sector expertise, demonstrate the ability to interrogate and challenge specific business objectives. Experience of working with academics effectively is also desirable.
