This procurement is for the reopening of the children's residential placement Consortia Commissioning framework originally let in 2018. Previous publication concerning this procedure can be found under the following reference: Notice number in the OJ S: 2018/S 041-089987 publication date 27/02/2018.
Further information and guidance can be found in the procurement documents. This procurement is being tendered in Lots. Providers have the opportunity to apply for one or more Lots. There will be an opportunity to apply for additional Lots when the Framework re-opens annually. This tender is open to new providers and extended by 36 months for existing providers who wish to take up the option to extend their place on the framework. Additionally, the Councils intend to use the Framework to call off 'mini competitions' resulting in Block Contracts. Details can be found in the Call Off Procedure Schedule 2. The Lots for this procurement are detailed below:
