Provision of Associate Educational Psychologists - Open Approved List

North Lincolnshire Council seeks responses from suitably qualified individuals to provide Associate Educational Psychologist duties. The Approved List will provide specialist people with the necessary skills and expertise to deliver an Educational Psychology service as required. Inclusion onto the Approved List does not constitute or imply any agreement or guarantee regarding any quotation opportunities, any contract or any other form of agreement.

Purpose and Aim

The role of the Associate Educational Psychologist is to;

deliver an educational psychology service to children and young people aged 0 to 19, their families, schools and educational settings and others who work to support their education and development, emotional well-being and positive mental health; provide educational psychologist assessment, advice, consultation, intervention, training/staff development, project and/or research work as specified by the principal educational psychologist; and

deliver the service in line with North Lincolnshire policies, procedures and working practices, including participation in supervision arrangements.

The Local Authority will monitor the quality of the Associate Educational Psychologists work through evaluation processes and performance management arrangements that are in place within the educational psychology team.
