Middlesbrough Council are seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced Providers who wish to be considered for a contract for the provision of a Community Reablement Service. This service will provide individuals with a comprehensive assessment of their independent living skills, develop personalised recovery plans and deliver support to improve their skills and address their broader needs.
