There is 17ha of Peatland Restoration work, aimed at reducing erosion of the Peat and rewetting the site. The work involves mostly Peat based interventions- standard peat dams in small gullies and contour bunding on dry areas, with a small amount of plastic piling being used on one peat pipe.
