The provision of a C-Card scheme for young people in North Wales from 13 years of age and up to their 25th birthday. The c-card scheme provider will: Review the location, performance, pathways and training of current c-card centre provision Work with the commissioner to identify gaps in c-card centre provision and engage with potential new centres Ensure that all c-card centres are young person friendly Develop pathways, if absent, from c-card centres to other appropriate services Train the c-card centre staff Publicise the c-card scheme to eligible young people, and potential new c-card centres. Undertake regular performance monitoringBetsi Cadwaladr Health Board recognises the importance of the Welsh language to the communities it serves. Consequently, responses to an invitation to quote or tender will be accepted in Welsh as well as English. However, please note that tender responses submitted only in Welsh will be translated by the Health Board into English before consideration.
