Reroofing to existing 34nr Properties. The purpose of the regeneration is to carry out works to upgrade Thermal Value of the properties. Properties within regeneration scheme are tenanted 2/3 Bed semi-detached properties and 2 storey flats. External wall fabric is traditional cavity wall construction made up of an internal blockwork skin, 50mm cavity and a pebble dashed blockwork / brickwork external façade. With a lack of suitable Insulation, the properties have been identified as below the current requirements to meet the WHQS. To comply with the current WHQS, works will include the application of insulated rendersystem, re-roofing and other works as detailed in this specification.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
