Roof Replacement and PV Panel and Battery Installation (ORP)

CTCHG wish to appoint an experienced contractor to complete Decarbonisation works as part of our ORP 3 bid . This includes renewal of roofing with new insulation, with installation of PV panels and new PV battery installation and any necessary electrical works required in properties throughout the Cynon – Taf geographical region. Full details related to the scope of services to be procured are included within the tender documentation.It is intended that the contract will commence from the 1st June 2023 and work will be completed no later than the 30th September 2023. The estimated contract value is circa. 200,000 GBP (exc VAT). The above is based on the current / known requirements of CTCHG.
