FGF is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified consultant to:
| 1. | Prepare the 2027 Decarbonisation Report for submission to Scottish Government by 31 January 2027; and |
| 2. | Develop a robust, transparent and repeatable methodology, including associated tools, templates and guidance, enabling FGF to undertake future annual decarbonisation reporting internally. |
