The City of Edinburgh Council (the Council) is issuing this PIN to notify the market of a forthcoming procurement opportunity for professional film and photography services.
The Council is interested in hearing from suppliers with demonstrable experience of delivering creative and visual content for public sector and/or third sector organisations meeting accessibility standards. The appointed suppliers will support a range of communications, engagement, and marketing activities through the provision of high-quality film and photography services.
It is the Council’s intention that the opportunity will be delivered through a multi-supplier, non-ranked Framework Agreement comprising two lots.
