Glasgow Building Preservation Trust invites responses from Conservation Accredited Architect led Design Teams, with Architect acting as Lead Consultant, Principal Designer (CDM 2015) and Contract Administrator, and will include (as a minimum) Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer/Services Engineer (either in‑house or as named sub‑consultants), Fire Engineer and Access Consultant for the redevelopment of Whitevale Baths to create a welcoming, vibrant and inclusive hub for the Gallowgate community and a permanent home for children's charity PEEK.
